  Ho mangiato sia la pizza con base multicereali che quella con base curcuma. Pizza molto buona, cotta perfettamente e con un impasto leggero e croccante.

  Die beste Pizza im Freiamt (vermutlich in der ganzen Schweiz).
  Ich habe lange in verschiedenen Ländern und auch in Italien gearbeitet – diese Pizza braucht sich bei einen Vergleich zum Ursprungsland nicht zu verstecken. Bitte habt Verständnis, wenn es auch mal etwas länger dauert – das Restaurant wird momentan von nur 3 Leuten betrieben. Ich wünsche mir, dass dieses freundliche Team Erfolg in ihrem Restaurant hat. Es wurde im November 2022 übernommen wurde (es könnte also sein, dass einige der Bewertungen vom Vorbesitzer sind…). Wie gesagt – Daumen hoch – vielleicht wirklich die beste Pizzeria der Schweiz (das Geheimis ist der Teig – der bis zu 72 Stunden ruhen kann).

  I have worked for a long time in different countries and also in Italy – this pizza does not need to hide a comparison to the country of origin. Please understand if it sometimes takes a little longer – the restaurant is currently run by only 3 people. I wish for this friendly team to succeed in their restaurant, leased since November 2022 (so some of the reviews may be from the previous owner…). As I said – thumbs up – maybe really the best pizzeria in Switzerland (the secret is the dough – which can rest for up to 72 hours).
